Everyone's getting in to Brain - Computer Interfaces (BCIs) nowadays. I've been working on them since the last millennium.

BCIs are tools that can translate thought without movement. Just think and you can spell, move cursors, and much more! Unfortunately, there's a lot of misinformation about BCIs from bad YouTubers, companies, journalists, and many other sources. That's a big reason why I have a lot of public papers and talks about BCIs and started this channel.

IS THIS CHANNEL FOR EXPERTS?
No. Most of the videos here are devoted to people who are not experts in our field. If you're a student, teacher, maker, journalist, user, or just an enthusiast who wants to learn more, I hope you enjoy this channel!

WHY LISTEN TO ME?
This is the only channel about BCIs from an insider in the field. I've been active with BCIs for over 25 years, over 100 peer-reviewed papers, over a dozen books, etc. I've used BCIs with many patients and developed new paradigms for patients and healthy users.
