Well, I blew up another power supply in my laser cutter. But it wasn't my fault!  Except for the parts that were my fault. But other than that, it wasn't my fault!  LOL

New power supply should be here within a week and I have plenty of inventory on hand so shouldn't be a problem. The problem is the amount of time it took to troubleshoot and investigate possible repairs instead of replacement. That time lost destroyed my schedule plans for the week.

My old solution to this problem would be to stay up late and work harder to make up the time. But not anymore. No more stress, no more rushing. It will all work out and six months from now no one will know the difference or even remember. 

I was tempted to upgrade the laser machine. I really want a new toy! But I just splurged on a camera and the laser I want costs much more than that. Maybe next year...

114 ball Straight Pool run, Century #72

My second session after getting home from the US Open. High run yesterday was 55. Today's session ended with this 114 ball run. I will take that as a good omen of things to come....

Too many shots rushed due to the stupid shot clock. It's not good for the game. If the player is down on the shot turn it off. To prevent slow play they need to be down on the shot within a certain time. Forcing the player to pull the trigger before they are ready is dumb.
They literally RUN if they need a jump cue. That doesn't look good.
