So, is that better - just subtitles? AI voice / music is not to everyone's taste. Let me know.

New walks are coming a bit slowly these days, so I’ve updated the website. Check out https://www.poptravel.org , where all the POPtravel videos are now organized and easy to find. I'm happy for new ideas to make the site more useful. 

I'll work on "storymaps" next so the maps are easier to follow along on a map. For now the locations overview map overview is quite useful to find walks, I think.

Over 70% of POPtravel viewers watch the walks on TV. For the past few walks and around a dozen upcoming ones I have increased the color saturation especially at greens and blue for HDR. Do you prefer these colors or not?

Even though TV viewers may not vote, please comment if you have special preferences I can consider.

YouTube now offers AI-powered audio dubbing. POPtravel already provides subtitles in 11 languages, carefully created with GPT support.

I'm considering adding AI-generated voice-overs (audio narration) to walking videos.

The channel keeps going with a transition into HDR videos. Thanks to my new Mac mini HDR content will continue to come. Half of POPtravel viewers are on TV so I want to win also mobile users with shorter content this year.

Now for POPtravel and vwalk there are several plans. The first - subtitles - was implemented in December and should stabilize over the coming weeks. 

Please let me know what you see as most valuable.

For the past 10 months I've been adding "Route Previews" to all walks for a quick impression. 

Now I'm thinking of adding even a "Highlights" part in the first 30s *before* the "Route Preview". So my question: Are the "Route Previews" beneficial or too long/short - can anything improved?

Starting in Vilnius end of May, I revisited Kaunas, Klaipeda and Palanga (photo) again on my way to Riga. These new walks will be posted soon here - in HDR glory. The trip continues through Estonia...

I've launched an additional YouTube channel, vwalk, featuring multicam walking videos. A more dynamic viewing experience using multiple camera angles, subtitles and map overlays even.

POPtravel continues with two new videos weekly, while vwalk starts slower until I get up to speed there.

Finally it's here, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3! 

Over the weekend I filmed some family walk already and can say, that the quality with 10bit recording D-Log M is amazing for a camera this compact. My Osmo Pocket 1 and 2 saw some heavy usage over the past few years as you can see. They did well with now over 750 recorded walks. 

Can't wait to start a new season, then with more HDR content. Until then there are 100+ videos left to post (70+ already as preview in the member section).
