I wrote about my experience with Meta's Muse so far. It's an AI *personal* assistant. I don't give it access to anything work related, but I did give it access to my personal email and calendar, and shopping wish lists. Another reason why we won't sell out... Our friends actually use our website! I can't be the person that says one thing online But then see a friend and say: "oh ignore that, they just paid us, but the best tool is actually X"

Play video games with your cofounder Before you start a business together Before we started working together, we played video games together for months It was a good introduction to collaboration You learn to let each other lead Each others strengths and weaknesses What causes you to bicker You’ll learn a lot about each other And it very much translates into how you'll work together P.S. Worst question you can ask a CEO ⬇️ "What'd you do today?" I spend all day context switching. Unblocking team members. Doing whatever needs to get done. So when someone asks me that, it makes my brain hurt just trying to remember. But a month ago, I started using Littlebird, an AI tool that watches what you do on the computer all day, and then you can ask it anything about your day. I started telling my wife (and cofounder) about my day on our evening walks. Reading to her what I "got up to". Debunking SaaS Marketing ➡️ "Notion Mail is shutting down" 🪦 In their announcement they said: "More than half of Notion Mail users manage emails without ever opening their inbox. So, we're going all in on using agents to run your inbox" Pls don't let that sentence confuse you. It's framed like a strategic shift, but it's just a graceful PR way of saying "we're sunsetting this product." Let me translate the stat. The people who signed up for Notion Mail in the first place are the top productivity enthusiasts. The exact crowd likely to tinker with workflows and hand their inbox off to agents. Notion Mail users are not the average person. The average knowledge worker still lives in their inbox. So "going all in on agents" doesn't really mean much. Let's not pretend the email interface is going away. ➡️ We've used Superhuman Mail to check emails for 6+ years and even though it connects with Claude & ChatGPT and we don't *need* to use an interface, we still do because its a 100x better experience 😅 Covered it here: https://efficient.link/yt/superhuman-...
