Welcome to Lucy J Parker – Real Dubai Real Estate, from Someone Who’s Lived It. I’m Lucy, a Dubai homeowner who’s been through the full buying process — including when a seller raised his price on me within 24 hours! I still went ahead and doubled my money in nine months. I created this channel to give you a real feel for Dubai — its neighbourhoods, lifestyle, and hidden gems — things you simply can’t sense from your sofa back home. The market can seem overwhelming, but I’m here to simplify it. When you buy with me, you don’t need to juggle multiple agents or even fly here. I handle everything — from property tours and negotiations to contracts and handover — wherever you are. From AED 3M homes to AED 300M trophy properties, I offer honest, step-by-step guidance so you can buy confidently and safely. 📲 WhatsApp: +971 5857 11 070 🎥 Subscribe for real insights, real guidance, and real results.
