It's hard to describe how difficult this stupid lawsuit has been ever since I was sued June 21, 2021.  It's been an incredibly challenging 5+ years.  The amount of time, energy, money, and focus I've spent or lost dealing with this case has been tremendous and no amount of damages on a piece of paper can explain it.  During many periods of time, I didn't want to be alive.  Having to consistently pay every dollar I made into a frivolous lawsuit has taken so much from me.

This video was in some ways therapeutic.  We won.  And I get to share that with the world.  This was my biggest win of my life.  I still don't understand how I was able to reach the finish line financially, but I did.  Miracles happen.

Huge thank you to everyone who supported me.  From the people watching my videos to the people who sent money to my GoFundMe to the people who supported me in my private life, words can't describe just how thankful I am for the support.  My goal has always been to return the favor in the future.  My hope is that I can become a lawyer and help people in need if they ever get sued by a vexatious litigant like I have.

I'm releasing a video tomorrow on Artlanta, an artist on Instagram with over 1 million followers.  He's scammed a lot of people.  My source indicates over 100 people.

No, not like that lol. I'll keep the scammer content coming, but in between those videos, I enjoy covering interesting lawsuits involving influencers or celebrities. The subject of my most recent upload, Anthony Agyeman, has falsely copy struck my video.

I will not stay silent in this attempt to censor my channel and the accountability that comes from my investigations.

I do not wish to falsely accuse anyone and I attempt to offer fairness to all my subjects, even previously giving too much leniency to my own detriment.

I initially reached out to Anthony for comment to include in my video and gave him 48 hours to respond. He claimed he would send comment, but failed to do so. I had changes to make to the video, which postponed publication for one week, during which time Anthony still did not respond with comment. 

I believe that his goal was to stall me, so I went ahead with the upload. However, I included instruction at the end of the video to check the description and community post, to which I would add his comment after receiving it.

Instead of sending comment, Anthony threatened me with a lawsuit and falsely copy struck my video, putting my work and income at risk. I will not let this stand. Thank you to all my subscribers who have stood with me from the beginning and never questioned my dedication or motivations to exposing bad actors. This job is not an easy one, and my goal has always been to achieve justice or at the very least awareness for the victims.

Something I'd love to improve on is spotting liars.  Does anyone have any advice on how to improve at this?

Some good advice I've already received is that if they're lying about something that seems insignificant, you should question everything else with a lot more scrutiny.

I did not receive any money from Nour nor have I ever received money from any subject I have covered nor I ever will. My videos are entirely my raw honest opinion. You can call me wrong, naive, or soft, but I am not a sellout nor will ever be. 

If that’s not good enough for you, so be it. My goal for this channel is to express what I firmly believe, nothing more, nothing less.
