Info
Hi friend! Welcome to my art diaries! I'm passionate about using art to improve mental health. I believe art has the power to heal and calm our minds and bodies. I've written two books to help others unlock their creative spark and use art as a tool to improve mental health. This channel is a space for me to share my process and artworks with the world. Thanks for stopping by! Xx "My idea of heaven is to wake up, have a good breakfast, and spend the rest of the day drawing." ā Peter Falk
