3D printed dust cyclone. Great result! Left bucket: after using the angle grinder. Right bucket: after general vacuuming in the same room. The bucket should be a bit stronger than the one I used.

This is the "production" version of the new mount. Easier to install and maintain than the prototype.

Working on the geared z-motor. Not tested, but I think this should fix the problem. I printed the large gear, just like in my Voronish2 build. Some design elements are copied from the Voron 2.4 and modified as needed.

Starting to get the main components installed. The gantry is heavy so I might have to look into some geared Z-motor designs to reduce the risk of the gantry "creeping" down when powered off. I could also replace the rear 2040 extrusion with 2020 and move the "flying" electronics enclosure to reduce the weight, but I think some geared z-motors might be an interesting option. Or just keep it simple with a 2020 rear extrusion and electronics mounted to the frame. (if that is enough) I never had this issue with the moving bed on the RIFF900, but I know other builders did when using heavier beds than me.

Part 1 of the build series will be published next week. I enjoy building more than doing the videos to be honest. But I will cover this build and release the files on Github and Printables when the printer has been tested properly.
