It is not good news. Zig is very likely at the end of his life. We had a compassionate, experienced doctor who didn’t rush and explained our options. It’s not our wish to put Zig through an aggressive treatment plan that would begin with hospitalization and IV fluids. But he was given fluid subcutaneously, and an antibiotic, and we have some good medication and fortified food for the feedings. I remarked that we DO live in a world of miracles, and the doctor said that we should never underestimate God. I am at peace; I have held it together incredibly well due no DOUBT to your prayers and love. I can’t thank you enough. He’s home and he’s comfortable, for now.❤️
