🎥 Greg Owen | Smart Commentary on Media, Culture & Storytelling Where media analysis meets cultural sanity. I’m Greg — a nerdy dad of 6 turned cultural commentator, here to help you decode what’s actually going on in movies, TV, games, and the larger entertainment machine. If you’ve ever watched something and thought, “Wait…Why don't I like this [Media Product]?” - you’re in the right place. I dive deep into: 🧠Why modern storytelling feels empty (and how we got here) 🕵️‍♂️ Woke Hollywood, identity politics & performative allyship 🎮 Games & adaptations that don’t insult your intelligence 📚 Philosophy, storytelling tropes, and how media shapes belief 🤣 Plus: sarcasm, memes, and occasional dad jokes If you miss smart, character-driven stories and want sharp, funny commentary that cuts through the noise, subscribe and join a community that still values good writing and real human connection. 📍Member streams include collaborative outlines & behind-the-scenes input.
