After 30+ years in tech, from F50 to venture-backed start-ups, I've lived through multiple booms, bubbles, and busts and have seen almost every possible product/operations success or misstep imaginable. In 2008, I directed TBTF's Emerging Companies Academy. In addition to workshops, we held weekly coffee MeetUps to discuss startup issues. This became known as the Startup Tech Rant hosted by me @StartupMonkey. In 2019, I was recruited to develop an accelerator for the Tampa Bay Innovation Center. These weekly workshops focused on helping founders define their early adopter "Goldilocks" customer and learning the principles of product management to assist them as they turn their ideas into commercially viable tech ventures. My current focus is on helping tech companies developing for B2B.
