Firstly, I am not a chef or even a great cook, just ask my wife! I am just a normal family guy from Yorkshire, who loves to BBQ and if I can do it, anyone can! I loved getting the BBQ out with family and friends, but what I cooked was always the same, sausages, burgers and maybe a bit of chicken. That was until my wife got me a place on a BBQ course. It was at that point that I realised I had been doing it all wrong, and with an understanding of the basics, together with the confidence to try new things, I started cooking some delicious foods on my new Weber Master Touch. My aim for this channel, is to help everyone out there cook great tasting food, easily. Over time, as my channel grows I will cover everything from just sausages and burgers to whole joints of meat along with fish. Subscribe now and lets go on a journey together.
