PROJECT KACHIMIZU プロジェクト火池水. New songs and sound experiments
The Project Kachimizu (Japanese for 火 ka-fire, 池 chi-earth, 水 mizu-water) and my sound experiments are more about exploring sounds than finding beautiful melodies and rhythms. I would also describe it more as a sound sketch than as music in the usual sense. For me, noises, disturbances, discords and cacophonies are also part of it and enable us to explore the whole spectrum of feeling auditorily.
Mistakes are also part of the process. That's why I correct very little and smooth the material very carefully when I do. The world of sound and the world of language comment on and interpenetrate each other and I like to superimpose them.
